Are you stressed from work?
Are you tired?
Do you feel bad on the morning?
Maybe you are close to Burnout Syndrome... Lets try this test.

How it works:

Simply answer the test questions truthfully. There are 22 basic questions. You can see your results when you answer to all questions. If you are close to Burnout syndrome your results are marked by red colour. Green colour should be good for you. However this test does not replace medical examination.

What is Burnout syndrome:

As wikipedia says: "Burnout is a type of psychological stress. Occupational burnout or job burnout is characterized by exhaustion, lack of enthusiasm and motivation, feelings of ineffectiveness, and also may have the dimension of frustration or cynicism, and as a result reduced efficacy within the workplace.

Evidence suggests that burnouts etiology is multifactorial in nature, with dispositional factors playing an important role. One cause of burnout includes stressors that a person is unable to cope with fully. Occupational burnout often develops slowly and may not be recognized until it has become severe. When ones expectations about a job and its reality differ, burnout can begin. How pressure is dealt with determines how much stress someone feels and how close they are to burnout. One individual can experience few stressors, but be unable to handle the pressure well and thus experience burnout. Another person, however, can experience a far greater number of stressors, but effectively deal with them, and avoid burnout. How close someone is to a state of burnout can be determined through various tests."

Disclaimer:

The test tries to calculate the probability of your Burnout syndrome. Even though this application is based on Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), the consultants, publisher or developer are not responsible for any damages caused by using this test. In case of any doubts, ALWAYS seek your doctor’s advice.

Thanks:

Thank you to all people who helped me with this project. Thank to psychologists for their explanation of MBI and its counting. Thank you all, it would be impossible without anyone of you!
